In-house development at Krel Central a.s.

Krel Central a.s. builds on more than 30 years of technical experience, which we now combine with the development of software, artificial intelligence, automation and operational systems for industry, energy, real estate management and the public sector.

Our goal is not merely to supply individual technologies. We develop our own solutions that have real use in day-to-day operation – from simple to advanced software tools for data analysis, asset management and increasing efficiency.

We combine physical hardware, software, data analytics and artificial intelligence so that the result is a practical, reliable and long-term sustainable solution.

Software and artificial intelligence development

Since 2021 we have been systematically building our own software and AI division. We focus on developing specialised systems for clients who need to automate processes, work more efficiently with data or improve the management of their operations.

We develop solutions in areas such as:

Development at Krel Central a.s. also extends into areas where software, artificial intelligence and physical operations come together.

Digital tools for real estate and area management

In connection with the development of the group's real estate division, we are also developing our own digital tools for managing residential real estate, the technical condition of buildings, public space improvements under the CPTED methodology and long-term planning of housing stock renewal.

The aim is to connect data on buildings, costs, occupancy, repairs, technical condition and the safety of the environment into a single, clear system. This approach makes it possible to better plan investments and financing, manage maintenance and make decisions based on data rather than estimates.

This direction of development naturally builds on our activities in residential housing, the renewal of residential buildings and the comprehensive management of large real estate portfolios.

ATS systems and energy automation

One of the historical pillars of in-house development at Krel Central a.s. was the field of automating generator starts and developing GR 10/30 ATS panels: the development of technical devices that enable automatic switching between the main and backup power source. These solutions are designed for operations where power supply reliability is critical – for example hospitals, data centers, integrated rescue system units, public administration, industrial sites or commercial buildings.

Products built for long-term use

We see development at Krel Central a.s. as a practical discipline with a strong focus on scalability. We do not focus on technologies simply because they are modern. We develop systems that have a clear purpose, specific users and long-term use.
