Energy
Our history is a story of technological adaptation, hard work, creativity, development and the ability
to respond to the changes of the times. From the beginnings in the 1990s, when we specialised
in the control, backup and technical protection of energy systems, we have gradually evolved
into a modern technology group with its own development, installation facilities, research activities
and a growing focus on residential real estate.
Our technical foundation remains important to us to this day, but in recent years we have started building
a much broader vision on top of it – connecting real estate, software, artificial intelligence, energy
and modern technologies into functional wholes with long-term economic and social value.
Our current direction therefore builds naturally on our experience in technical fields, while taking
it into new areas. We focus on preparing acquisitions and on the development and modernisation
of residential real estate, more efficient management of the housing stock, growing the value
of the asset portfolio and improving the quality of housing and public space. It is precisely
here that we see great scope for the use of technology, data, automation, energy measures and modern
security methods.
The years 2021–2025 marked the start of a new era for us. Alongside traditional energy solutions,
we began intensively building our own software development division, delivering unique software solutions
for external clients and developing our own capabilities in artificial intelligence. For us, AI
is not a fashionable term but a practical tool for data analysis, process automation, information
validation, communication, predictive modelling and fast decision-making.
Today, Krel Central a.s. stands on the combination of long-standing technical experience
and a modern technological approach. Our goal is to create projects that work in practice –
from residential real estate through software, AI and robotics to energy, backup systems and smart
infrastructure. We build on the past, but we are heading into a future where technology serves
the real needs of people, companies and cities.

Krel Central a.s. was founded. The company is primarily focused on developing the photovoltaics and battery storage division, expanding the development and production of automatic starts and development in the field of electromobility
Expansion of activities in the field of photovoltaics and smart energy. Start of work on our own software infrastructure and the design of concepts for future digital services. At the same time, the first prototypes of AI tools for internal use are created, including a thorough analysis of their benefits.
The company officially enters the field of software development. Development of our own backend structures, development of mobile applications and the first Web3 elements for industrial and community use, all for external clients. In parallel, the first generation of AI tools for internal data validation and monitoring is created.
Launch of a development branch focused on augmented reality (AR) and the backbone systems of encryption and security technologies. Development of products for clients with support for unique concepts and new technologies. In 2023 the first large-scale deployment of an AI tool with external customers also takes place — micro-decision-making and digital assistants.
Extensive and dynamic growth of the AI portfolio for external clients (validation systems, data analysis, social network analysis, identification of fraudulent behaviour through dynamic AI verification, communication agents for industry). Expansion of software development with comprehensive Web3 solutions and cooperation on connected infrastructures focused on innovation. 2024 marks a dynamic growth of custom software creation for external clients in industry, retail, marketing and the digital economy.
Entry into the residential real estate segment. In 2025, Krel Central a.s. expanded its strategic focus to include the preparation of acquisitions and the renewal of large-scale residential real estate, particularly housing portfolios with long-term growth potential. The goal is to develop existing real estate projects that already generate cash flow but require modernisation, systematic management and a new operational approach. The company focuses on market data analysis, the selection of acquisition opportunities, the preparation of project stages and the gradual growth of the value of residential assets using modern technologies. Emphasis is placed on economic return, housing quality, safety, public space, more efficient operation of whole localities and economies of scale.
Three decades with the most modern technologies: Robotics. With the enormous advancement of artificial intelligence and the dramatic acceleration in the development of humanoid robot skeletons, Krel Central a.s. launched its Robotics development and project division in 2025 - with the aim of capturing this potentially extremely powerful sector. Our activities in Robotics primarily include Software (behaviour) development, an Application Marketplace, our own Development centre and Operator training. We focus exclusively on the development of software for Unitree G1 robots, while in 2026 the Unitree R1 and H2 robots will be added to our robot fleet
