A heat pump uses heat from the surroundings of the heated building (from the air) and converts it to a higher temperature level usable for heating and heating hot water. It is one of the most efficient solutions for heating.

What exactly is a heat pump?
A heat pump is one of the most efficient ways of heating. A heat pump works on the principle of a "reverse refrigerator", i.e. it uses heat from the surroundings of the heated building and converts it to a higher temperature level usable for heating.
What is the return on investment of a heat pump?
The payback of a heat pump depends on many factors. The basic indicator is your energy consumption for heating. The higher your consumption, the faster the payback.
What about the subsidy for a heat pump?
By installing a heat pump with a hot-water heating system and hot water preparation, you are entitled to a subsidy of up to CZK 100,000. When combined with a PV plant, the subsidy can be claimed up to CZK 140,000. We handle the subsidies for you!
Is there a warranty on the heat pump?
With our company you have a 10 year warranty on the compressor, 3 years on the outdoor unit itself and 2 years on the work performed.
Is a heat pump noisy?
The noise level of a heat pump is similar to larger types of freezers. However, the heat pumps we install are number one on the market for their quiet design.
Why should I get a heat pump?
A heat pump effectively reduces heating costs and in addition it is a solution that is environmentally friendly.
What is the lifespan of a heat pump?
The compressor is the only part of the heat pump subject to wear. The stated lifespan of the compressor is more than 30 years. The other parts are not worn at all or only to a minimal degree.
Does a heat pump need regular inspections?
A heat pump does not need regular inspections; the only inspection is carried out by a technician before the first start-up.
Can I place the heat pump anywhere?
For the heat pump to work correctly, it is necessary to choose the right location and orientation relative to the building. The placement location must be solid and protected, yet must also allow proper air intake and exhaust as well as the drainage of condensate.
Is a heat pump demanding to maintain?
Heat pumps do not need any special maintenance.
